This magnificent signed limited edition was published in 1974 by Venture Prints Ltd, Bristol and has been sold out for nearly 30 years. We have two of the original prints which are now available for sale. Can be purchased in its existing mount, or can be removed from this and sent in a tube to save postage costs. Also please note that the photographs of the print we show here were taken with the print inside a protective covering, which is reflecting light and causing other slight distortions to the image - these are of course not on the print itself.

Sir Charles Blyth CBE BEMA Scottish yachstman and rower and known by the name Chay, Blyth was born in Hawick, Roxburghshire on 14th May 1940. He joined the British Army Parachute Regiment when he was 18 and rose quickly through the ranks to become a Sergeant at the age of 21. He was the first person to sail single-handed non-stop westwards around the world on a 59-foot boat called British Steel in 1971.
